We are a mixed Local that provides manpower for all facets of our trade.  With one of the largest Petro/Chem areas in the nation our work in this industry is a large base of employment for our membership.
Our members enjoy a good wage with benefits that include Health Care (medical and dental), Pension Plan ( Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution Plans) and Vacation Plan. These fringe benefits are contributions paid by our Contractors as part of our wage package.
Local 135 has two Apprenticeship and Training facilities.  Our largest facility is base in Houston, Texas in a partnership with Local Union 84.  Our second facility is in Nederland, Texas which covers our Golden Triangle/East Texas area.
